Hong Kong Dance Company “Dancing World - The Story of Blissful Tribe”

My role was to design the theatre set for the performance “Dancing World – The Story of Blissful Tribe”. The story begins in the forest. People who lived there have never left their homes in the past thousand years. It was a peaceful paradise. The young master decided to leave his home to explore the world outside.

The concept was to design a carefree, hidden paradise that looks different from the real world. Therefore, emptiness and originality are the key elements of the design.
